The Metal Matrix Composites application has increased in many areas of science and technology, because its additional physical, wear mechanical properties. In comparison with all MMC’s, aluminum-based MMC’s are finding wide applications due to their better strength weight ratio, stiffness, high thermal conductivity as well very good corrosion properties a composite mainly depend on distribution reinforcement the matrix, which is difficult achieve. Basically Redmud byproduct alumina, it waste product obtained during Bayer’s process. This must be recycled else may dangerous environment. can used for aluminium composites order achieve proposed research work includes preparation Aluminum 6061-Red mud metal matrix using liquid metallurgy route following stir casting technique. An alloy Al6061 containing 0.60 percent silicon Magnesium 0.82 was material. Two different compositions prepared addition base evaluated also force acting cutting tool at spindle speeds machining materials were analyzed.
